Breakfast really nice, pool felt dirty och the room needed som updating but still an okey hotell but would not stay there again.

The hotel personnel are really professional, communicative, smily, kind, helpful, the best of the best, la crème de la crème. From the reception until the house keepers. People in the restaurant are more than friendly. before you rise your head, they respond. Food taste good and varied.
I have only one remark concerning the security agents, especially those who work at the night. Two of them have to change their behaviour with the customers ( the one from Fes and his chief from Zagoura) because they ask always after money. Also, they don't separate between client living in the hotel and a client visiting the tree bars in the hotel. They don't respect the client. Furthermore G4S is a well known security company in the world, so the company must impose strict rules on its employees behaviour towards hotels clients and they have to be professional and should have good communication tools based on the customer's respect.
Le personnel de l'hôtel est vraiment professionnel, communicatif, souriant, gentil, serviable, le meilleur des meilleurs, la crème de la crème. De la réception aux gardiens de maison. Les gens du restaurant sont plus que sympathiques. avant de lever la tête, ils répondent. La nourriture est bonne et variée.
Je n'ai qu'une remarque concernant les agents de sécurité, en particulier ceux qui travaillent la nuit. Deux d'entre eux doivent changer de comportement avec les clients (celui de Fès et son chef de Zagoura) car ils demandent toujours de l'argent. De plus, ils ne font pas de distinction entre le client vivant à l'hôtel et un client visitant les barres d'arbre de l'hôtel. Ils ne respectent pas le client.
