This modern hotel boasts a package of a traditional-style courtyards, wonderfully landscaped gardens and a waterpark-crowned pool scene. Its well-appointed rooms feature traditional Moroccan décor with some fresh touches like flat-screen TVs. Their only downside is that due to the amount of attractions the venue offers, guests won't spend enough time in them. They will be spoiled with choice at the exciting first-rate waterpark that is loaded with slides including a Spacebowl, Blackhole and a section just for the youngest guests chock-full of slides and fountains. Plus there are 2 extra pools and a poolside bar to provide endless stream of chilled drinks. The lights of the Red City, called so due to the blush-coloured walls that surround it, are just a 20-minute shuttle bus ride away and it is still exciting as ever and still offers a magical mix of modern and traditional.

First of all, let me just start with the reception since its the worst nightmare experience I have ever had starting with The first contact with Sara who checked me in, she has a very poor customer service skills, after I paid extra money for an extra person, she gave me the wrong information about the room size. The second person his name is Hamza Alhini I think he is a front desk supervisor or manager, after I talked to him about the room size , he promised me that he will put an extra small bed which he has never done, no phone call or any type of communication whatsoever. The third person her name is Soukaina , she needs more training how to communicate with the guests. To make the story short the reception agents ruined my stay. The only few people that made me enjoy my vacation with my family little bit are the restaurant busters , I only can name one person his name is Khaled I think he is a supervisor or restaurant manager.
