It is a place between mountains, near the coast (at 30 km from the Playa "San juan de los terreros"). The golf course of "Vera" is located at 23 km. From "Las Cañadas de Almajalejo" you easily undertake day trips to Almería (120 KM), Murcia (100 KM), Parque Natural cabo de Gata ( 80 KM), Parque Natural Sierra Maria los Velez ( 40 KM). The accomodation offers: wifi, swimming pool, garden-terrace, barbecue, coffee bar, kitchen, washing machine, ping-pong.

We were made to feel very welcome by the owner. She took an interest in our visit and was very friendly.
The hotel is quirky with a lovely homely feel, much better than those impersonal new hotels.
The setting is lovely with great views of the surrounding countryside.
We will definately stay there again if in the area . :)
