What do guests think about this lodging establishment?
The accommodation in question received mixed reviews from guests. While some praised the beautiful view, friendly staff, and clean facilities, others had negative experiences. Several reviewers complained about the attitude of the staff, mentioning rigidity and rudeness. Some also expressed frustration with the remote location, which required transportation to access restaurants and beaches. The hotel's need for updates and lack of variety in breakfast options were additional points of criticism. However, positive comments highlighted the stunning views, helpful staff, and a good base for exploring Costa Esmeralda. Overall, it seems that the hotel offers a reasonably priced option with beautiful views, but improvements in service, amenities, and location convenience could enhance the guest experience.
