What do guests think about this lodging establishment?
The hotel in question has received mixed reviews from guests. While some appreciated the facilities, spacious rooms, and cleanliness, others mentioned that the hotel appeared outdated and located far from the city center. The large pool and adequate number of sunbeds were also positively noted. However, there were complaints about the food, with guests finding it too spicy and lacking variety, except for the desserts. The all-inclusive drinks were limited, and service at the bar could be slow. The evening entertainment was limited to dances by the animation team, with a karaoke night that received negative feedback. Some guests also mentioned language barriers with limited Spanish-speaking staff. Overall, experiences varied, but those with an open mind enjoyed their stay despite some shortcomings.

- 4.27 nights at Eden AndalouMohammed - Nov 5, 2022
Stayed with family over 7 nights all inclusive, hotel was a bit far out of the city than i would like it to be however most resorts are. The hotel itself could do with a decor upgrade as its dated now. The facilities themselves were good , staff were all very nice and the best was the variety of foods available. Its not a 5 star hotel if your comparing two the likes of your known big branded hotels but on the other hand neither is the price tag,. Great if you have kids and the entertainment team was a blast. Main question would i go back "YES".
