A charming 4-star family-run hotel located in the northern part Mallorca, in the popular bay of Alcudia, with its beautiful beaches, lush nature, offering privacy and freedom. The hotel is situated in the former fishing village Ca’n Picafort. Although an area now mainly sustained by tourism, this hotel is different to the numerous large and impersonal hotels built in the 60’s and 70´s. The family’s 20 years of experience provides a professional yet warm and friendly service. The spot is ideal for either a romantic getaway, or an enjoyable family holiday.

    Nice hotel, great staff

    Great hotel/apartments and great staff both in reception and restaurant. The food was fine for buffet, the meat en general could however use 5 minutes less cooking.. The aparrtments were fine, but the finish in the building is not good. Cleaning was great.

    A few minusses:

    - pool was very dirty as it was under pine trees - cleaning more than once a day would help. The pool area is pretty small, not a bad thing, just something to be aware of.
    - we paid EUR 45 for a baby crib/cot for a week - way too expensive, and we were not aware of this when we booked it.
    - the childrens play room in the basement is a little too 'simple' and is obviously not really used.
    - the area is nice and quiet, but be aware of the walk to the beach is almost one kilometer.
    - the beach is nice (the one furthest south, San Baulo, is the nicest and most child friendly), but don't expect perfect white sand and no seaweed.

    A quieter hotel with a lovely calming atmosphere. The staff are superb and the hotel spotless. All rooms have a forest view - beautiful.

    The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is a very clean and nice one. The location of the hotel is convenient as it is very close to the beach and a range of restaurants. Overall I highly recommend this hotel, you will not be disappointed!
