              We love this hotel. We were upgraded to a newly refurbished room with a stunning garden/ pool view. The breakfast and lunch are great however the evening meal lacked the same quality. All the staff were so friendly and helpful as always except for one very grumpy tall slim waiter in the evening restaurant . The spa was very relaxing. Overall a great stay and we will return. Thank you

              Much excellent, but.......

              A lovely hotel and spa, but spoilt by terrible wifi. Connection was not just slow, but often non-existent. Even the reception desk had no wifi.
              Some guests ended up walking down to a cafe in the marina to fill in essential covid passenger return forms.
              Please, management, upgrade your wifi and you can then be proud to be a great hotel again.

              We came back yesterday from Costa Calero. Hotel is super! Very beautiful gardens, very nice staff, quiet ... the ideal hotel for a week relaxation.
