The location is good. The hotel itself is basic and without charm. The window overlooking a ''cour'' and a wall did not close properly. The trains passing through the Gare St Lazare make noise and you can feel it. I asked for another room beacuse of the bad window and and the only answer I received was ''sorry, we are full''.
