The accommodation received mixed feedback from guests. Some praised its excellent service, location, and activities for children, as well as the free access to the spa. The self-service meals and buffet offerings were also highly appreciated. However, there were some criticisms as well. Guests mentioned that certain spa amenities were not working and expressed disappointment at being charged extra for drinks and parking. Inconsistency in pricing and lack of communication regarding spa charges were also mentioned. The hotel's WiFi was reported to be unreliable for guests, and the parking garage had rigid policies and was considered expensive. Despite these issues, most guests found the staff friendly and enjoyed the buffet's quality and variety.
